Overnight accommodations are in rooms furnished in keeping with the colonial period. The only modern touches are the 20th-century bathrooms, decorated in colonial style. Each room includes a private bath, wireless Internet, telephone, alarm clock radio, and complimentary sherry and chocolates. Two parlors, a “keeping room,” and a sitting room with a video cassette library and fax machine are available for guests. A full breakfast with fresh eggs, milk, cheese, and home-made jams is served in the original dining room or in the intimate breakfast room.
“Wine, dine, or slumber, Butternut Farm is a place out of time.”
